We have made some changes. What is New?

SNAP Fitness Duluth recently conducted an audit of the past year of all 3rd party discount memberships. Unfortunately, it became evident that participation in these programs was generating a financial burden for the club. In order to continue to participate in these 3rd party programs, we determined is necessary to add 2 new requirements.

1) New, or returning, members will initially enroll with a SNAP Fitness Membership at the regular rate. The 100% discount from the 3rd party program will then be applied on the 2nd month. ** This requirement is the result of our audit showing that in 2025, over half of those who enrolled in a membership using a 3rd party discount program, NEVER use it. This is a considerable financial impact to the club — not only in terms of workload, but also with respect to the fees owed to third-party providers and the franchise for each new member enrolled.

2) Any member with the 3rd party 100% discount on their account must visit either SNAP Fitness Duluth club a minimum of
3 times a month in order to offset the administrative costs of the membership. ** This requirement is because 3rd party programs such as SilverSneakers & PRIME reimburses the club just $3.75 per visit. This means that a member must visit 3 times a month just for SNAP Fitness Duluth to simply break even.

HOW TO ENROLL TO USE YOUR 3RD-PARTY DISCOUNT PROGRAM:

1) Initially enroll as a SNAP Fitness member at the regular rate, including the enrollment fee. Use link below to choose your home club and enroll online or stop by during staffed hours to enroll in person.
2) Once enrolled, use the Add-Discount Program Form to have the 3rd party discount program added to your membership. The 100% discounted membership will go into effect the following month.
The 100% discount will remain on your account until you cancel the membership. Reminder that failure to visits SNAP Fitness Duluth at least 3 times in a month will result in your membership being deactivated. There are no refunds for deactivated memberships.
