Can I bring a Guest

SNAP Lakeside Guest Policy

We know it is more fun to workout with a friend. As a valued SNAP Fitness Duluth member we do allow you to bring a guest (one at a time please).

Guest must fill out & submit the online Guest Wavier form PRIOR to arrival.

We offer a $20 credit for a friend referral or you can add another member onto your account by using our Add-a-Member Form

A “Unauthorized Guest” is defined as anyone that enters the club without an active membership or valid guest waiver. An unauthorized guest who enters the Club is considered trespassing. A member that allows an unauthorized guest entrance into the Club, either in person or by allowing them to use door access card assigned to them, will be charged $30 unauthorized guest fee. This fee will be billed to the primary member’s payment method. SNAP Fitness may immediately terminate any membership with no refund for violation of the guest policy. 

How do I pause my membership?

MEMBERSHIP HOLD:

A membership may be put on hold for up to 3 months per calendar year. Putting membership on hold is not the same as cancelling a membership. A membership on HOLD, is not an active membership; therefore no members on the account may access any SNAP Fitness location. 

Payments will automatically resume at the end of the HOLD period. Memberships on Hold can not be cancelled. A monthly administrative fee may be drafted from the account each month the membership is on hold. A membership on hold may be reactivated at anytime by contacting SNAP Lakeside at 218-212-5213 or duluth@snapfitness.com

How do cancel my mebership?

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

To cancel your membership, simply follow link below to Cancellation Request form. The request must be submitted within 3 days of the next billing period to avoid an additional membership dues payment.

All door access cards associated with the cancelled membership will automatically deactivate on the last date of the final billing period.

How do I get my door access card?

Once you enroll online (or via the SNAP app), we will finish setting up your membership as soon as possible. Please view our Staffed Hours

Door Access Card: We will send you a text letting you know when your door access card is ready for you to pick up at your convivence from the white mailbox at our front door. (4425 East Superior Street, Duluth)  

Membership Agreement:
Be sure to check your email for your membership agreement and club waiver forms. A signature is needed on both forms to activate your door access card. (if you used the SNAP fitness app to enroll, this has been completed)

How do I add a member to my account?

Add Additional Members:
If you enrolled in a joint or group membership, use our Add-a-Member form to provide the contact information for the additional members on your account.

Refer a friend and you BOTH get $20

Everyone loves FREE money! When your friend enrolls, send us a text at 218-212-5213 with your friend's name and we will apply a $20 credit to both of your accounts!

Do you participate in My Work/Insurance Gym program?

SNAP Fitness Duluth participates in most 3rd party membership programs. Visit our insurance page or message us with questions.

How do I get reimbursed using my my HSA/FSA account?

Qualified members may use their HSA or FSA to reimburse membership and fitness program dues, saving ~30% by using pre-tax dollars.

What is the Age Requirement for a membership?

Everyone under the age of 18 must have valid Minor Wavier form on file to enter the facility.

Those who are at least 16 years old may be added to a parent's account (as a joint or group membership), and have their own door card to visit the gym on their own. Minors CAN NOT be the primary member on the membership.

Children between the age of 14 and 16 years old may only enter the SNAP Lakeside facility as a guest of their parent or guardian with an active SNAP Membership.

Where can I use my SNAP Membership?

Your SNAP Lakeside Door Access Card will provide you access to any of the 2000+ SNAP Fitness locations in the country.

*Note that frequent use of your SNAP membership at another club may result in your membership automatically-transferring to that location. Membership pricing is subject to change.

How Do I Get a Replacement Doorcard?

Lost your door card? Use the DOOR CARD form to request a reaplacement

We will let you know when your door card is ready and it will be available for you to pick up.

Do You Have a Drop-In Option for Classes?

A class pass includes any SNAP Fitness class.

Do you offer a Free Trial?

Member at Another Club without door card

If you are a member at another SNAP Fitness visiting town and forgot to pack your door card, no problem! You can enroll in a short term 3-day membership here.

What are the Club Policies?

All SNAP Lakeside memberships are month-to-month. Cancel Anytime. We do require a 15-day notice to cancel payment before next billing period.
