Below is the SNAP Fitness Duluth policy for members enrolled with a qualified 3rd party or insurance program membership.
A SNAP Fitness Duluth member enrolled with a 3rd party program, is required to visit either SNAP Fitness Duluth location at least once per calendar month for the insurance reimbursement to cover the cost of the membership. If the member does not visit in a given month, SNAP Lakeside has the authority to bill the payment method on file for monthly membership dues.
After three months of inactivity, the membership will be automatically terminated. The member can rejoin the club at any time.
To cancel or pause the membership, the member will need to notify SNAP Fitness Duluth by the 25th of the month for the upcoming month(s) in order to not be charged the membership dues. The membership may be paused for up to 4 months per year at no charge.
The member will be required to notify SNAP Fitness Duluth if their insurance changes and/or the member becomes ineligible under the insurance wellness program.
