SNAP Fitness Duluth policy for enrollment using a 3rd party reimbursement program.
A SNAP Fitness Duluth member enrolled with a 3rd party program, is required to visit either SNAP Fitness Duluth location at least once per calendar month for the 3rd party program to reimburse the club for the administrative costs and fees of the membership.
ALL memberships are required to have a valid payment method on file. There will be a $20 refundable deposit required for all 3rd party membeships to cover the administrative costs for enrollment.
If the member does not visit in a given month, SNAP Fitness Duluth has the authority to bill the payment method on file for monthly membership dues and forfits the enrollment deposit. After three months of inactivity, the membership will be automatically terminated. If membeship is terminated, the member can rejoin at any time.
To cancel or pause the membership, the member will need to notify SNAP Fitness Duluth via text (218-212-5213), email (Duluth@snapfitness.com) or in person during staffed hours by the 25th of the month for the upcoming month(s) in order to not be charged the membership dues. If the member is ineligiable for reimbursment due to change in insurance or any other reason, the payment method on file will be be charged for the membership dues.
